Every expense sheet has a Name, Start Date and End Date field, where you specify the overall information. Then you have more specific fields like Date, Expense (description), Type, Amount and Notes where you enter specific details about each expense item.
You can also easily filter the information by any of the previously entered data. Just click on the little arrow in the right corner of the cell.

How to add more Rows to the Expenses?
Chose the row with the total of all expenses (here row #13) and right click.
Then chose “insert” and a new row will appear. Here you can add more expenses.
