In most cases a receipt is not required as most shops are equipped with an electronic checkout.
However, at trade shows, flea markets, etc. a cash receipt may be helpful. If there is no receipt book, this Excel template can serve by quickly providing you with a receipt.

In the upper part on the right, there is your company’s name and data:
- Company street
- Zip Code
- Location
- Phone
- Date
In the other fields you may enter the net amount, the VAT % and the recipient’s name. The rest ($ VAT and Gross) will be automatically filled in the Excel receipt. In short: Only fill out the cells with a white background. The gray ones will fill automatically.
Hint: On each worksheet, there are two receipts!
The copy will automatically get all the values from the original. Then just print and sign it 🙂
