A shopping list template is always handy—it helps you remember everything!
I offer this Excel template in two versions: First, a simple shopping list where you list all items one after another. Second, a pre-formatted shopping list that organizes your purchases into specific categories.

Shopping List with an Excel Template – Here’s How it Works
Download the shopping list or grocery list template at the end of the article and open the file in Excel (or another spreadsheet program). By the way, you can use the PDF, if you’re not comfortable with Excel!
Choose between the simple shopping list and the structured one.

With this simple shopping list, you can easily list all your items one after another. Then print out the worksheet.
Alternatively, you can of course fill out the list by hand. In that case, you should print the list first.

By the way! The list is designed in letter landscape format, but contains two lists per page. This allows you to create two lists with a single printout. Simply cut the pages apart with scissors to get two shopping lists in portrait format.
The shopping list with categories is organized in the same way, but offers a better structure for shopping.
