Free Cashbook as Excel Template

This cashbook has similar functions to the already published household account book, but it is developed for entrepreneurs and/or companies in which cashbook management is a necessary procedure. This is the point why I have created this Excel template. The cashbook is free and can be downloaded in the section “Download”. It sums expenditures and income, determines current cash balance and even takes into account opening cash balance.

Inspired by a comment, I have created the second cashbook template. This takes into account VAT rates of 7%, 19% or 0%. You can find it at the end of the article.

Take a look at the screenshot of the cashbook excel template

Cashbook with VAT Excel Template

As it is mentioned above, here is an Excel template of a cashbook with VAT. As I needed more columns in this template, I have created it in a landscape mode.

Update: Tax Law

In accordance with the new legislation, cashbook management in Excel is not authorized or is not recognized as such. The cashbook does not meet the “principles of proper accounting” and the company cannot be estimated on that account. The following also concerns associations, small businesses and freelancers.

Those who manage this book in Excel should print it and enter all the numbers by hand. Since then there should be nothing to complain about.
