Room Occupancy Plan for 2026 and 2027
The Excel template is divided into several worksheets. Each sheet contains 6 months, from January 2027 to December 2027 (and same for 2026). For a better overview, the weekends are highlighted in color or gray. The most important public holidays are also entered for 2026 / 2027.
You can fill in the occupancy calendar directly in Excel, or print it out blank and mark the periods by hand.

Simple Room Occupancy Planner with Weekly Overview
This planner is designed for anyone who wants to plan their rooms to the hour. It has a very simple structure and is generally valid.
In the first line you enter the room and, if necessary, the name of the administrator.
Then list the dates for the days of the week in the next line for the corresponding week.
The room occupancy plan is ready: Simply note the reservations of the interested parties in the block of hours. Of course, you can also customize the time blocks.
A little tip: If you have several rooms, simply duplicate the worksheet directly in Excel and you have your complete room planning in one file!
